Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law by the Candido Mendes University (Rio de Janeiro), 1992; ALM degree (2 years) by the Harvard University (Cambridge, USA), 2002; Specialist in Innovation Management by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – MIT (Cambridge, USA), 2015. Formation in Counseling by the Brazilian Corporate Governance Institute (IBGC), 2020.

Academic Activities: Member of the Trademarks and Innovation commission and leadership member of INTA; Member of the São Paulo Association of Intellectual Property (ASPI), the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) and of JALP (Association of Young Portuguese Language Attorneys); Chair of the Executive Committee from the Brazilian chapter of JALP; Professor, dissertation director and co-coordinator (2013-2020) at the MBA in Health Innovation Management, Government of Sao Paulo (“Contracts and Negotiations in Intellectual Property); Dissertation Director; Work as Mentor since 2012 for the Harvard University Crimson Compass network (program for counseling to Incubated and Start-up companies from the university’s alumni).
